Cením? Asi ničeho, na lisovne vládne jedna rodina a tudíž není možnost dostat se na parťáka. A na svařovně vás sedřou z kůže.
Peníze, jednoznačně peníze protože za pár korun tam nikdo dělat nebude.

Volnost seberealizace , sehranost teamu robotiků než se změnilo vedení.
Aby se zaměstnavatel více a lépe staral o své zaměstnance a ne jen pořád zmenšovat plat a odměny, také zlepšit chování vedení k zaměstnancům

Odešel jsem po osobním konfliktu s kolekou který se rozhodl mne vyštvat. Asi bych stejně dlouho nevydržel- příšerné prostředí, extrémní hluk, špína a zápach na strojařinu nadstadartní. Byl jsem tam v lednu a málem jsem zmrznul, a to byl leden poměrně teplý. Na kvalitní práci bych ocenil i lepší osvětlení. Ovšem jko zašívárna je to dobré- pokud vš běží, je velký klid. Pokud se něco rozbije, je to nutné rychle opravit a klid není. Dá de to zvládnout v pohodě.
