Velký osobní a vědomostní posun. Člověk se naučí samostatně řešit náročné úkoly. Přístup k vyspělým technologiím.

Zaměstnavatel automaticky zabírá zaměstnanci nejen smluvenou pracovní dobu, ale i jeho veškerý ostatní čas. A to bez finančního zohlednění. Časté několikadenní cesty po ČR bez finančních náhrad a stravného.
