Kdykoli byl nějaký problém, můj nadřízený ho vyřešil a vycházel mi vstříc se službami. Také na odděleních probíhá stále častější modernizace jak vzhledová tak i co se týče pracovních pomůcek.

Jediné, co bych změnila: Pracovní náplň určitých nadřízených osob tak, aby oddělení fungovalo jako tým a všichni si pomáhali bez ohledu na pracovní pozici. Dále organizovanost práce na oddělení.
