Výhodné benefity, velice dobrá domluva s vedoucím
V jiných firmách na stejné pozici mají lepší peníze, téměř nemožnost se domluvit s vedoucím na lepších penězích.

Svoboda, samostatnost, absence korporátních nesmyslů.
Omezené možnosti růstu.
Informal work atmosphere
Nemáme dresscode (pokud se za dresscode nepočítá to že mi nesmí lézt chlupatý pupek z kraťasů). Neformální komunikace - všichni si tykáme.
Flexible working hours
Vždy se dá domluvit s vedoucím týmu ohledně pracovní doby. Většina lidí si organizuje svou práci sama dle svých možností.
