Podpora kolegů když bylo třeba.
Vyměnit nadřízeného, neměl jsem s ním problém jen já, takových lidí bylo víc a byly to i lidi, kteři pro firmu PROOFFICE pracovali i 20 let a právě kvůli němu skončili.

změnit myšlení ve vedení firmy, sdílet informace se zaměstnanci, zlepšit pracovní prostředí pro zaměstnance ( hrozné horko), přestat protěžovat kamarády, zaměstnávat kvalifikovanou pracovní sílu
