Perspektivní firma s úžasnou firemní kulturou. Nikde jsem se nesetkala s tak skvělými kolegy; zdejší HR oddělení by si mělo patentovat svoje umění poskládat funkční kolektiv. Mezi kolegy i nadřízenými tu panuje přátelská atmosféra. Každý má prostor pracovat tak, aby mohl maximálně utilizovat své silné schopnosti, a zároveň firma pomáhá zlepšování i těch slabších stránek. Platové podmínky jsou velmi dobré a reflektují snahu a píli, se kterou člověk vykonává svoji práci. Jsem maximálně spokojená ve všech ohledech a doufám, že budu moct dál růst společně s firmou; je to první zaměstnavatel, kterého mám opravdu ráda :)

Oceňujem benefity vo forme vzdelávacích kurzov, lekárskych prehliadok a vyšetrení. Rovnako tak oceňujem pracovnú pohodu a pracovný kolektív, ako taký.

Jsem spokojen s vedením.
Nejsem spokojen s kolegy, kteří neřeší následnosti a nejsou proaktivní. Očekávají, že ostatní to za ně vyřeší a nebo to nějak dopadne.

Oceňuji férovost zaměstnavatele, lidský přístup. Školení, které nás zdokonalují ve svém oboru. Důvěra a samostatnost, která nám je dopřána.
Někdy pozdní informovanost, ale situace se zlepšuje. Nastavení procesů v dceřiných společnostech.

Vďaka firme mám spokojný osobný aj pracovný život, zabezpečuje mi neustály rast či už v oblasti technológie, komunikácie, managerskych zručnosti. Prístup vedenia je férový, mám dostatok priestoru na zlepšovanie.
