The people and atmosphere of Photomate is great, people are nice, fair, friendly and down to Earth, including the management! I feel that my colleagues try to do their best, they are professional and appreciate their employer. Although we are a big company, I feel heard, I feel included, the atmosphere makes me do my best too. Sometimes we are quite busy but family reasons are always heard by my manager when I need to adjust my work hours.
We have been growing quite fast and therefore some processes need to be set and made more precise, with better flow of infomration, in order to get the best results possible in a good time. It is being worked on, especially by mutual discussions. Also, our department certainly needs more hands but we are working on it :).

PHOTOMATE zdárně spojuje profesní rozvoj, profesionalitu a lidský a přátelský přístup. Rozvoj a způsob vedení společnosti vzbuzuje důvěru v budoucnost zaměstnavatele.
PHOTOMATE působí na dynamickém trhu obnovitelných zdrojů. S tímto je do jisté míry spojená potřeba společnosti se rozvíjet a měnit. Tyto změny mohou být spojené taky se zavedením nových procesů a úkolů či změnou těch starých. Tento proces nevnímám negativně, naopak, nicméně rozhodně může být pro někoho výzvou.

PHOTOMATE je společnost s rodinným přístupem, i když její velikost rodinné firmě už neodpovídá. Chování všech kolegů je velmi přátelské. Benefitem je například Multisport karta, kterou velmi využívám.

Cokoliv potřebuji pro výkon mé práce je mi okamžitě poskytnuto - auto, telefon, počítač, lepší židle, myš. Opravdu cokoliv. Kdykoliv něco nevím, buď mi kolega poradí nebo mě odkáže na někoho, kdo mi umí pomoci. Za mě perfektní.
Moc mě toho nenapadá. Určitě nic zásadního, co bych si hned řekl, tohle není ok.
