stabilita zaměstnavatele pravidelné zvyšování příjmu
mohlo by být lepší pracovní prostředí v některých kancelářích je hodně starý nábytek, potřeboval by vyměnit, některé kusy se rozpadají
Security and stability
Společnost funguje již od roku 2004 a jelikož spadá přímo pod městskou část P - 6 nemusí se bát, že nebude mít zakázky. Budovy se musí pořád opravovat, tráva roste pořád a a SVJ potřebují vést účetnictví.
