Společnost mi poskytla skvělou pracovní pozici a umožnila mi velké rozšíření mých pracovních dovedností a schopností. Ve společnosti pracuji již 10let, je zde výborné pracovní prostředí a přátelský kolektiv plný skvělých a pohodových lidiček.
Není nic zásadního, co bych naší společnosti mohl vytknout.

pružná pracovní doba
benefity za nechození k lékaři, finanční hodnocení (může se sebrat částka i z fixního platu), nejasná prémiová složka vyplácena dle nálady nadřízeného ovlivněná i neschopností druhých

Naučil jsem se tam spoustu věcí. Rodinná atmosféra
Plat je daleko menší než u ostatních firem.

Různorodá práce. Kolektiv spolupracovníků
Neschopnost řídit firmu. Neřešení výrobních problémů. Nábor nekvalifikované pracovní síly.

Líbí se mi přístup, otevřenost a důvěra mezi kolegy. Jsou zde lidé, kteří mají vztah k práci, chuť se učit novým věcem a inovovat.
Vertikální komunikace není zcela dokonalá - špatný tok informací.

Přesně, jednoznačně a co nejjednodušeji stanovit práva, povinnosti obou stran a také systém odměňování. A to dodržovat.
