Každý zákazník je jiný a rychlost změn ve světě IT je ohromná, tato kombinace zaručuje, že každý den je jiný ....
Opportunity to learn new things
KPCS je znám pro své osobnosti z nichž mnozí dosáhli titulu MVP či jen školí pro Gopas. Každý pracovní den je výzvou a vyřešený problém odměnou.

Tým. Lidi tu drží — hodně 5+ let, low turnover. Když na něco narazíš, někdo zkušený má vždycky čas poradit, i když to není jeho projekt. Otevřená komunikace zhora dolů. Strategii pro další roky se nešifruje v zasedačce, jde to rovnou na all-hands. To je vzácné. Reálné investice do vzdělání — Microsoft certifikace, nové AI nástroje (Copilot, MCP servery), projekty s top zákazníky napříč sektory. Naučíš se rychle a do hloubky. Neformální atmosféra bez umělé seriózness.

Neuvěřitelná příležitost pro technologický rozvoj na široce rozmanitých projektech, která vyžaduje plné soustředění, ale nabízí vysokou samostatnost.
Občas je to náročnější.
Work in a team of young people
Věkový průměr firmy je velmi mladý a nadšení i energie jednotlivých kolegů je místy snad nezměrná.
Meaningful work
Každý projekt pomáhá doručit zákazníkům konkrétní hodnotu. Od firmy samotné, přes vedení, až po koncové uživatele. I když se jedná o věci virtuální, spokojené uživatele, kterým najednou technologie pomáhají a fungují, každý vidí rád.

Opportunity to use foreign languages
Právě v mezinárodním prostředí, spousta klientů jsou mezinárodní společnosti, tedy komunikuje se s nimi i v angličtině. Část klientů je i přímo v USA.

Moderní nové kanceláře Firemní zařízení dle svého výběru (v rámci budgetu, vždy se ale dá domluvit i nad něčem nad rámec) Opravdu skvělí a šikovní kolegové

Časová flexibilita
Na takto malou firmu příliš mnoho procesů a nadbytečný neefektivní overhead při zpracování jednotlivých projektů.
