Pravidelná školení, možný kariérní postup, coaching. Fajn kolegové, čerstvé ovoce, káva, čaj. Víc teambuildingů během roku, grilovačka, jiné akce. I když má člověk méně zkušeností, dostane šanci se tu zaučit. Férový přístup = pokud zodpovědně pracujete, tak se i lépe domlouvá, pokud zrovna potřebujete odejít dřív nebo zůstat týden doma na HO.
