Toho je tolik, že by to bylo na dlouho, ale čeho si cením opravdu nejvíce je kultura svobody a důvěry, která ve firmě panuje. Nikde jinde jsem nic ani vzdáleně podobného nezažil.
Pokud bych věděl o tom co ještě zlepšit, tak bych to byl býval už dávno zavedl.

Skvělý přístup vedení k zaměstnancům, skvělý pracovní kolektiv, spoousta benefitů, super pracovní prostředí.

Firma klade velký důraz na kvalitu a dlouhodobou udržovatelnost kódu (testy, code review, průběžný refactoring a odstraňování tech debtu). Fajn nastavené procesy a fajn lidé.
Měl by vzniknout koncepčnější systém odměňování a zpětné vazby pro zaměstance. Dle mého názoru by prospěla také větší výměna informací mezi různými částmi firmy, např. mezi obchodem a vývojovým oddělením, ale i jednotlivými vývojovými týmy navzájem.
