Přátelský kolektiv, jak na stavbě, tak na podniku. Smysl pro humor, při náročných úkolech. Práce v mezinárodním prostředí a možnost uplatnění těchto zkušeností i v další kariéře. Otevřenost nadřízeného. Slušné benefity.
Společnost staví na mladých lidech, kterým chybí zkušenosti. Pro ně je to vynikající příležitost, jak se nastartovat, po nabití zkušeností utečou za lépe placenou prací bez turnusů v zahraničí - neustálá fluktuace. Omezený soukromý život.

Cenil jsem si moznost nabrat zkusenosti ktere bych mohl, kdyby se mi to nerysovalo prodat nekde jinde. Moznost pracovat na zahranicnich projektech. Jednat s nadnarodni firmou.
Urcite bych zapracoval pri vyberu vedouciho stavby, vetsinou to byli rychlokvasky, kteri se na svou pozici vubec nehodili, ani zaklady cyziho jazyka, prehravani problems na techniky a specialisty, I laxni pristup manager projektu.
