většinou se ocenění a chvály dostává těm, kteří toho nejméně udělají a co mohou , to pokazí

Freedom and independence
Vždy jsem měla stanovený počet úkolů, které ten den musím splnit, ale vždy bylo pouze na mně, v jakém pořadí.
Meaningful work
Práce, kterou jsem vykonávala, mě naplňovala pocitem, že jsem užitečná. Svou prací jsem pomáhala lidem, kteří byli ve špatné životní situaci, a pokud by ji nezačali řešit, bylo by to ještě horší.

Člověk se zde naučí komunikovat s lidmi I z nepříjemného zákazníka se může stát beránek Vždy vím do předu jakou budu mít směnu Možnost pracovat na zkrácený i plný úvazek
Většinou chválu dostanou ti co nejméně udělají a vůbec se nesnaží, nebo dokonce jsou na zákazníka i nepříjemní

S prací jsem byla velmi spokojená, jediné, co bylo špatně byl nízký příjem. Ač nerada, kvůli kolektivu, jsem musela odejít.
