Velmi přátelská atmosféra, stabilní kolektiv. Nikdo si na nic nehraje, firma je velmi stabilní a dobře zakázkově naplněná.

Je tu stabilní management se stabilními názory, dobrá zásoba práce.
Jobs fit for working parents
Ve firmě máme rádi děti. Pracovní doba je na většině pozic pružná, dá se dohodnout forma home office tak, aby člověk nemusel na OČR. Letos začínáme plánovat po pár letech (covid) další den dětí.

přístup, ohodnocení, způsob práce, zajeté staré koleje, nemožnost posunout se dál, dělat věci jinak, učit se nové věci, pedanství - komun. řežim
