Chovani Reditele je hodne agresivni. Nebere ohledy. Firma je postavena na nevylazenem softwaru ktery v ostrem provozu nema co delat. Pracovni podminky, zauceni novych operatoru neprobiha s dohledem. Za chybovost plati pak vsichni. Premiove slozky nelze dosahnout.

Velice jsem si cenil toho, že jsem mohl zrealizovat své nápady, zkusenosti a dovednosti do té doby když nenastoupil nový řiditel. Svou práci jsem měl rád a hodně dobrých změn jsem udělal pro ten podnik a jsem hrdý na to, co jsem dokázal za krátký čas.
Kdybych měl tu moc určitě bych změnil chování některých lidí ve vedení aby se naučili poslouchat názory svých podřízených a taky ocenit snahu svých podřízených.
