Oceňuji velmi lidský přístup a férové jednání. To v dnešní době je již velmi pramálo.
Dále oceňuji snahu vše zvládnout a možnost otevřeně vše komunikovat.
Určitě by bylo vhodné začlenit více mladých a nadějných kolegů a vybudovat na nich budoucnost firmy.
