- široká škála benefitů - možnost pracovat z domova - pracovní prostředí
- finance (nemožnost se pohnout, i když splníte KPIs) - špatná komunikace ze strany vedení - zamezení osobního rozvoje - protěžování některých kolegů

Cením si nejvíce otevřenosti a přátelské atmosféry ve firmě, také toho, že majitelé a nadřízený je otevřený novým návrhům a díky velikosti firmy se dá ledacos domluvit, co by v jiných společnostech nešlo.
Změnil bych přístup některých kolegů k delegování úkolů, uzurpování všeho pro sebe a chování se jako středobod vesmíru.

Měla jsem skvělou nadřízenou, se kterou jsem měla blízký a přátelský vztah, věděla jsem, že se na ni mohu spolehnout a se vším obrátit. Kolegové a kolegyně jsou skvělí. Na obou pobočkách jsou sehrané party. Co se týká mezilidských vztahů, vládne tam super atmosféra. Jako matka jsem nikdy neměla problém se skloubením práce a rodinného života. V práci jsem měla volnou ruku a mohla jsem prosazovat své nápady.
Často se měnící zadání úkolů, občas nejednotné smýšlení vedení firmy, což mnohým komplikovalo práci. Velký prostor pro zlepšení je v interní komunikaci.

Mám prostor pro seberealizaci, jsem otevřená učit se novým věcem a díky tomu mám pracovní pozici, která mě naplňuje. Jako nejlepší benefit bych vypíchla příspěvek na dovolenou.
Jsem spokojena. Když se objeví případná nerovnováha harmonie, mám kolem sebe tým a šéfovou, se kterou věci probereme a usadíme tak, aby bylo opět vše vyvážené.

Krásné, vzdušné a moderní kanceláře a skvělý kolektiv lidí. Zároveň je možná práce z domu.

Ve firmě pracuje hodně mladých lidí, kteří jsou talentovaní a inteligentní.
