Nejvíce si cením ochoty vzájemně se dohodnout, průžné pracovní doby, možnost pracovat na zkrácený úvazek. V této firmě nejste jen jméno na výplatní pásce, znají vaše plusy i mínusy.

Vychází vstříc zaměstnancům, není určená pevná pracovní doba.
Kromě stavenek nemá firma pro zaměstnance jiné benefity. Firma sídlí daleko od obchodů a restaurací, s omezenou dostupností do města.
