Kolektiv zaměstnanců a zajímavá práce, krásné prostředí. Firma je plná schopných lidí, kteří by našli uplatnění v mnohém lépe placené zaměstnání. Bohužel podléhají stereotypu a zůstávají za mnohem horších podmínek než by si zasloužili.
Vedení si s firmou neví rady, postrádá schopnost udělat si vizi do budoucna a zavádět změny k lepšímu...chybí zde opravdový manažerský přístup, který by firmu nasměroval do 21.století...obrovská fluktuace zaměstnanců potvrzuje fakt, že zde chybí dlouhodobá motivace a ocenění.

Trh a zákazníci mají na funkce nové požadavky, proto se IS neustále mění, inovuje a vylepšuje a často je vývoj postaven před úplně nové řešení, které musí správně fungovat napříč celým systémem..

Protože se zohledňuje potřeba péče o rodinu a v případě nutnosti je možné pracovat vzdáleně.

za směšný nástupní plat hledají všeznalého supermana, nulová motivace pro nováčky, chybějící smysluplný systém školení

Velmi dobrá atmosféra, možnost maximálně se spolehnout na kolegy, výborný produkt nabízející zákazníkům řešení a pomoc při jejich provozních problémech, pocit táhnutí za jeden provaz napříč celou firmou, řada zajímavých benefitů četně celofiremní motivace apod.
Určitě se najdou místa v procesech firmy, které se dají zlepšit. Nicméně pozitivní je, že je vůle tyto úzké místa najít a zlepšit !
