Jednatele společnosti v České Republice, dokud tam ještě byl.
Vedení v managerských funkcích. Bohužel tam pracovali a stále ještě pracují lidé, kteří tam nemají co dělat, jsou to lidé bez zkušeností a znalostí a mají bohužel velký vliv na mateřský závod v Německu. Ve vedoucích funkcích jsou lidé s kvalifikací obsluhy benzínové pumpy atd. A jediné co uměli je německý jazyk a to stačilo k tomu, aby se stali vedoucími úseku. Tak že kompletní reorganizace firmy a dosazení do vedoucích funkcí odborníky.

S pracovní dobou, s tím že jsou ve společnosti čtvrtletní prémie, které např. ve státním sektoru nejsou. Lépe si mohu vybrat dovolenou.
