Funguje zde vzájemná důvěra, na své pozici mám dostatek volnosti a možnosti se realizovat - zaměstnavatel oceňuje samostatnost a kreativitu a zároveň se mi v případě potřeby vždy dostane dostatečné pomoci. Také oceňuji velkou vstřícnost a možnost domluvy.
Možná trochu větší pružnost, ale není to nic hrozného :)

fajn brigada pro studenty, urcite bych tu ale nechtela pracovat na plny uvazek, je to prace nudna :)

Vynikajicí pracovní kolektiv, zajimavé platové ohodnocení a bonusy. Práce v oblasti knižního průmyslu s přesahem do vzdělávání.
Jednotvárná a sezónní práce. Chyběla vize do budoucna.
