Jen ranni smeny mi dovolily fungovat i v osobnim zivote. Kolegove byli pohodovi a nebyl zde zadny tlak z jejich strany. Clovek byl vicemene svym panem.
Velky problem byl s pipanim prichodu. Pokud clovek zapomnel kartu tak i pres omluvu u nadrizeneho a vcasny prichod nedostal za odpracovany den stravenky ani dochazkovy bonus za cely mesic. Taktez nektere mesice byla hodne podivne pocitana vyplata a premie s tim spojene. Nejvetsi problem byl nepruhlednost a neinformovanost nas zamestanancu o chystanych zmenach jez se nas primo dotykaly.
