Arogantní jednání vedení společnosti. Nemožnost kariérního postupu, z důvodu obsazování "vyšších" míst nekvalifikovanými příbuznými a známými. Jednání "o nás bez nás" ze strany vedení. Upřednostňování agenturních pracovníků, i přestože se díky nim snižuje kvalita výrobků.
