Lidský přístup k maminkám s malými dětmi(lékař, ošetřování).
Více si vážit zpracovaných zaměstnanců. Neudělovat kolektivní tresty. Třináctý plat a adekvátní vánoční prémie. Upravit pravidla u přítomností prémie.
