Ve firmě je ještě několik skvělých kolegů, kteří poradí a pomůžou, když je potřeba.
Vedení investuje do firmy výhradně jen čas svých zaměstnanců, za který nemusí zaplatit nic navíc. Veškeré sliby a řeči o rozvoji jak osobním, tak materiálním, se ukázaly jako klam.

Rodinné prostředí, férový přístup, dodržování pravidel a dohod, možnost učit se novým věcem
Varied work
SEALL s.r.o. nemá sériovou výrobu, každá zakázka je "unikát". Dodávky jsou uskutečňovány do takřka všech odvětví průmyslu, tj. k zákazníkům s pestrou paletou potřeb a požadavků. Stereotyp v práci tak rozhodně nehrozí.
