Vlastní organizace času,
Hrůzná organizace všech firemních procesů, které v podstatě neexistují, pravá neví, co dělá levá, jedním slovem neřízený chaos. Špatné jednání vedení. Naprostá absence podpory.

Pracuji zde již od roku 2016, práce je zajímavá, různorodá. Když je zaměstnanec schopný a snaživý, tak je velice služně ohodnocen. Zaměstnavatel mi vychází vstříc jak v pracovních, tak soukromých záležitostech. Máme více poboček po ČR a spolupráce mezi kolegy je dobrá. 2x ročně se pořádá teambuilding, což je vždy kopec zábavy ;)
Jak jsem psala, máme více poboček, tudíž je komunikace hlavně telefonicky a email ... chybí osobní kontakt s kolegy.
Varied work
V této firmě se nejedná o jednotvárnou činnos. Čast práce je ve spolupráci z kolegy, část je o samostatnost a rozhodování, plánujete, účastnice se veletrhů atd...
Complex tasks
Jedná se především o práci pro zákazníky, každá zakázka je jiná a má svá specifika. Někdy je to o přístupu k zákazníkovi a jindy o pečlivém naplánování montážních týmů.
