atmosféra ve firmě, nekomunikace ve firmě, nedůvěra mezi lidmi ústící do uzavřenosti jednotlivců do sebe, každý si sám hrabal na svém písečku, nebyl zde týmový duch, přetvářka pracovníků a neupřímnost, neprůhledné vztahy

Jak v kterém oddělení, práce v risku je samostatná v rozhodování, protože underwriter má vlastní rozhodovací kompetenci v upisování rizik. Pracovala jsem v tomto útvaru, ale firma měla velké rezervy v managementu oddělení, s tím souviselo přetížení zaměstnanců risku oproti slabšÍmu pracovnímu vytížení ostatních oddělení firmy.
