Myslím že je od věci,že zatím mají zaměstnání i pro starší generaci což je asi u některých firem problém.Jinak mám každý měsíc peníze na účtě což také je pozitivní.
Bylo by fajn kdyby si víc vážili stálých a dlouholetých pracovníků,zatím jsou dost v pozadí a upřednostnují se agenturní pracovníci.

Sociální jistoty, benefity, volnější pracovní tempo.
Platové ohodnocení zaměstnanců je výrazně nižší než v jiných firmách obdobného charakteru.

Jsem spokojena s pracovní dobou THP pracovníka 6-14,00hod. odkud odcházím s čistou hlavou.
Zaměstnavatel si absolutně zaměstnanců neváží. Nesnaží se je jakkoliv motivovat. Zaměstnanec je demotivován. Po finanční stránce je to bída s nouzí....

Peníze, které firma nabízí za jakoukoliv volnou pozici jsou vhodné jen pro mladé absolventy bez praxe, kteří bydlí se svými rodiči pod jednou střechou a jsou bez závazků. Nezbyde jim nic jiného než s touto směšnou částkou souhlasit, když jsou bez praxe. Člověk se závazky není schopný s tímto příjmem vyžít.
