Jsou zde na vyšších pozicích lepší finanční platové podmínky.Práce není tak fyzicky namáhavá.Uplatní zde i jazykové znalosti a kariérní postup je možný okamžitě po výběrovém řízení místa se vyvěšují na nástěnku stále.

Kdybych se nemusela stěhovat, určitě pro VF pracuji dál. Pracovala jsem jako pickerka, práce mě bavila. Lidi super 👌 Dvě pauzy a jídlo za deset korun. Prostě pecka.

Protože pracujete samý na sebe, vy se rozhodujete jak práci uděláte. Jak se rozhodnete, aby jste byli dobří. Pracovala jsem jako picker a musím říct, že práce mě bavila a jak říkám nestěhovat se, zůstanu tam.

Bola som spokojna, teraz nie som spokojna z ničim
Pristup lídrov ku stálim zamestnancom, pokud sa vam nieco nepaci a nenechate si to libit, tak vam team lidri ukazu kto ma moc, kto moze vsetko a vy skoncite ako trosky na dnr.. Team liderky si vyberaju pod svoju ochranu, len stálich ktory roznasaju drby. Je jedno kolik delas a ako si dobra v tom co robis, pokud nedonasas mas smolu.
