Vysoce kvalitní materiály
Namyšlený kolektiv, nekolektivní, falešné kamarádství. Nadřízený neměl autoritu, ve své pozici by se měl chovat managersky.

Stabilní a úspěšná společnost s férovým přístupem.
Doporučení by směřovala spíše k zrychlení některých vnitropodnikových procesů. Jinak nic zásadního.

Férové jednání, tolerance, lidský přístup, kamarádský kolektiv, příjem ,školení.
V té době slučování s jinými firmami, přejmenování ale to už má za sebou a opět jede jako PCI
