Spokojenost s přímým nadřízeným a kolektivem

Vedení si svých zaměstnanců neváží, nekomunikuje s nimi, platové ohodnocení není dostačující. Žádné bonusy ani zaměstnanecké výhody. Neférové rozdělování odměn (pouze oblíbení pracovníci), žádný 13 plat, vánoční večírek nebo jiná odměna, pozornost pro zaměstnance. Šetří se na pracovních pomůckách a bezpečnostních opatřeních, ale vyhazují se peníze za nesmyslné věci.

Nic k spokojenosti.

Jobs for people aged 50+

Berou každého, lidi bez vzdělání jsou tam vítaní. Potřebují takové. Skvělá firma, starším nad 50 let, už tolik nezáleží na zdraví.
