Výplata včas
Zkostnatělá firma, ve které je velmi těžké prosadit jakoukoliv modernizaci či využití technologií. Pokud chce člověk prosadit nějakou změnu spíše to dříve vzdá než že by se dočkal nějakého procesu. Díky tomu, že jde o veřejný sektor, vypadají tak nejen procesy ale i celé fungování. To člověk pozná ale až po pár letech.

Levné jízdní výhody
Asi finanční ohodnocení vždyť člověk chodí do práce aby si vydělal . Aby byl na všechny stejný metr Za několik roků člověk pozná jaký tam je binec.

Výhodou byla pouze výplata v přesný termín
Vyměnit vedení, které je silně provázáno s najatým dopravcem na výpomoc. Nespočet administrativních pracovníků a v provozu nemá kdo jezdit
