Bohužel kladně nejde ohodnotit nic.

Každý den jiný začátek i konec pracovní doby. Nelze si nic předem plánovat. Benefity nulové.

Jistota, stabilita

Rozhodne přidat o dost více peněz, aby nebyla tak velká migrace lidi. Když už se nový člověk zapracuje, tak dostane nabídku s vyšší mzdou a odchází, což je veliká škoda. Dále by stávající dlouholetí zaměstnanci měli byt hodnocení vyšší mzdou než noví. Bylo by to spravedlivé, neboť pro firmu odvádějí nebo odvedli mnoho důležité práce a měla by být tím oceněna i jejich loajalita k firme. Dále zefektivnit obsah práce nebo-li spravedlivé rozdělení množství práce na jednotlivé zaměstnance.

Pravidelný příjem.

Lepší jednání s lidmi více s nima komunikovat. Ocenit zaměstnance za nadstandardní nasazeni. Platové podmínky.
