Z pohovoru jsem měla dobrý pocit, ale teď mohu s klidným srdcem říct, že realita je ještě lepší, než jsem čekala. Kolegy jsem byla kladně přijata a oceňuji jejich ochotu spolupracovat, sdílet znalosti a podporovat se navzájem. Moje nadřízená má zralou, přímou a jasnou osobnost. Její schopnost vést a jasně komunikovat je pro mě zásadní.

rodinná atmosféra, příjemný kolektiv lidí, velikost společnosti je por mne vyhovující

Dává příležitost pro mladé lidi bez praxe. Možnost kariérního růstu. Skvělá parta lidí, super teambuildingy, přátelská atmosféra. Díky tomu, že firma není tak velká, máme možnost prosadit svůj nápad a není potřeba sbírat 100 podpisů. Práce s TOP managementem. Využití angličtiny a jiných světových jazyků na pracovišti.
Vše je super. I bývalí kolegové májí s firmou dobré vztahy, chodíme společně na volejbal a zveme na nějaký teambuildingy.
