Společnost nabízí stabilní zázemí. Benefity takřka nulové. Chybí roční navyšování mezd, ostatní firmy v regionu nabízí lepší zázemí svým lidem - způsob docházky, benefity, důvěra nadřízeného a podřízeného, školení... Jídlo dobré.
