Pružná pracovní doba
Neodpovídající mzda, téměř žádné benefity, zastaralé výrobní zařízení, vysoký podíl zahraničních dělníků, nedostatek některých kvalifikovaných pozic (např. údržba)

Byl jsem rád za několika-měsíční možnost pracovat ve výrobě potravin, ale jinak se tomu říká - "hadí hnízdo", dnes je to pro mne jenom ošklivá vzpomínka na nekorektní pracovní podmínky.
1. průběh výběrového řízení, by měl zůstat v utajení, a ne k obecné diskuzi kolik lidí se zúčastnilo závěrečného výběru a s jakým dohodnutým platem. 2. dohodnutá mzda by měla být pro ostatní zaměstnance v utajení, a ne předmětem diskuze o dobře placeném zaměstnanci - což je nezvládnutá štábní kultura podniku. 3. atd.
