Zajímavá práce na servisu.
Chování přímého nadřízeného. Opravdu neférové a nevybíravé jednání - nátlak. Negativní motivace, která sem opravdu nepatří. Byl ve funkci tak měsíc, vůbec mne neznal. Takové jednání jsem ještě nezažil. Firma by si měla rozmyslet, jaké lidi jmenuje do vedoucích funkcí, jelikož ten kdo neumí jednat dle mě na takovém místo nemá co dělat.

Zakázková výroba náročná na kvalitu lidí a to je dnes největší problém. Naštěstí máme šikovné lidi a práce je také hodně.
I tak se najde pár vo se jen vezou...to je asi všude ale bohužel.
Informal work atmosphere
Je to pořád přeci jen rodinná firma a ne nějaký koncern kde máte ruce svázané.

Zakázková výroba a neustálý vývoj znamená minimum stereotypu.
