Výše platu, plat včas, pracovní prostředí.
Nemožnost růstu na pozici - kariéru dělají místní, nebo se dělá jen na některých odděleních, velký objem práce - většinou pro nemístní, vztahy s některými kolegy.
Varied work
Na výrobě velké portfólio výrobku. To platí i pro THP (technologové, kvalitáři), i když na druhou stranu je to negativum. Pokud někdo přemýšlí o kariérním postupu, nezvolte si technologii, je to tam obsazeno místní partou, postup nahoru není možný.
