naprostá důvěra, možnost neomezené práce s domova, velmi hezké kanceláře a příjemné pracovní prostředí
uvítal bych příspěvek na penzijní připojištění, dále zdravotní benefit ve formě pravidelných komplexních zdravotních prohlídek, více zajímavých přednášek na různá témata

Vždy sa dá nejak dohodnúť. Krásne pracovné prostredie. Skvelí kolegovia.
Sem tam chaos v procesoch, nejednoznačné pravidlá. Viacero šéfov.

Velmi přátelské prostředí, krásné kanceláře. Mnoho kolegů pracuje v INSIA dlouhodobě a jsou tu rádi.

opravdový benefit je pro mě homeoffice, nemusím brzo vstávat kvůli dojíždění a mám víc času na mojí rodinu.
Malé platové ohodnocení. při nesplnění předimenzovaných plánů je ohrožen 13 plat, který při takovém platu je velice potřebný. chybí čtvrtletní odměny, skoro žádné benefity, mohlo by se zavést automatické navyšování platu po odpracovaných letech.

Mnoho jsem se naučil/a Klid na práci prima kolektiv
U některých projektů je potřeba porada s celým vývojovým týmem, což se neděje. Dáváme podněty, které se pak upravui bez naší přítomnosti a dochází k chybám. Mnoho projektů najednou.
