Možnosti kariérního i osobního rozvoje. Příležitost spojit se s odborníky na skoro jakoukoliv oblast v IT. Firma investuje do zaměstnanců v obchodně technických pozicích. Potenciál zkoušet nové technologie, poslední trendy v IT, vzdělávat se v libovolném odvětví. Firemní benefity (telefon, tarif, životní připojištění, soukromí zdravotníci, příspěvek na PN, práce z domova, kvalitní notebook, auto i pro osobní účely). Služební cesty, konference.
Neustále se měnící strategie, směřování firmy. Ačkoliv se firma snaží posouvat (dle mého poměrně úspěšně) k agilní spolupráci, stále místy (hlavně v administrativě) cítíte, že pracujete v globálním korporátu, kde jsou procesy a pravidla na prvním místě.
