Různorodá a zajímavá práce. Zaměstnavatel je člověk se srdcem na správném místě. Kolegové k nezaplacení - nejlepší kolektiv.

Vedení by se mělo více zaměřit také na názory svých zaměstnanců a pružně reagovat. Více jim důvěřovat a svěřovat určité funkce zkušenějším zaměstnancům.
