Spokojenost se tu hodně odvíjí od pozice a záleží na nadřízeném, který se tu může změnit velmi rychle.
Je to mezinárodní firma, kde lze málo věcí ovlivnit. Vše nějak plyne. S čím začínáte na začatku, nemusí za pár měsíců platit či se úplně změní. Nadřízení se mění často a s tím se člověk buď vyrovná nebo ne.
