Arogance nadrizenych, neinformovanost podrizenych, jedna ruka nevi, co dela druha, velice spatne vztahy mezi kolegy v kancelarich, to se pak promita i do vyroby, nekompetentni lidi na dulezitych pozicich, amaterizmus, ...

Kolegové jsou fajn, to je ale jediné pozitivum na práci v TEU.
Arogantní a neschopné vedení, ohodnocení je dle pasu (Italové a Angličané jsou příliš nadhodnocení).

Ve výrobě je jeenoduchá práce, jež vládne skoro každý, aspoň trochu schopný, uchazeč.

Mohu se spolehnout na to, že si tento zaměstnavatel zaměstnanců vůbec neváží, což se nebojí ani interně prezentovat

Mzda vcas
Opravdu vyrazne zvysit platy, poslednich 7-8 let se zvysilo jen par vybranym lidem, zbytek ma smulu. Platove vyrazne zaostava zamestnavatel za vetsinou firem v regionu

Když člověk chce,naučí se,jako já,práce je zde někdy fyzicky těžká a proto si myslím,že je spíš pro mladší generaci.Výhodou jsou různé benefity,jako např.obědy skoro zdarma.
Je vždy,co vylepšovat,např.zastaralé tiskárny a počítače a zrušila bych některé nesmyslné postupy práce,organizační věci.
