Oceňuji možnost práce na částečný úvazek, možnost vyřídit si návštěvu lékaře během pracovní doby bez nutnosti brát si na to dovolenou. Možnost pracovat z domova, u když v omezené míře.

Velice si vážím důvěry od nadřízeného, mohu si organizovat čas pro práci a soukromý život podle svého uvážení a to je pro mě velice důležité, protože mám dvě malé děti. Oceňuji také poměrně širokou škálu benefitů, které GPE poskytuje.

Za mě určite přístupnost. Kousek od domova, minuta ze stanice metra. Krásné pracovní prostředí i lokalita. Velice dobré a atraktivní benefity. Skvělý kolektiv a možnost kariérního postupu. Dobře nastavená pracovní doba, hodně volných dní.
Zlepšil bych možnost dřívějšího Home Officu, protože některé dny by to přišlo vhod. Nicméně rozumím tomu že né vždy je to možné uspěchat.

Jobs fit for working parents
Podle potřeb dětí (doprovod do/ze školy atd.) se dá flexibilně využít pracovní doba a nakombinovat práci ve firmě a na home officu.

Hezky prispevek na penzijko i plne hrazene stravenky. Moznost ucit se intenzivne nove veci v tymu zkusenejsich kolegu.
Hodne prace, mnoho pozadavku z vice stran, zadne jasne terminy ani postupy a urgentni pozadavky ze strany projektovych manazeru. Mnoho zbytecnych pravidelnyc meetingu kazdy tyden..
No overtime
The work is strictly defined by the 8hours working shifts flexibly planned between 6 AM and 6PM. Data is visible in the internal application and you can see how many hours you have to work till the end of month.
Work in an international environment
Global Payments Europe provides services in several European countries, so you are in contact with international customers and vendors and communication can take place in English. Some teams are also multinational and the ownership company itself is based in the States, so official communication is also in English.
