Naučila jsem se komunikovat s lidmi bez ostychu. Vedla jsem výběrová řízení a školení zaměstnanců.
V důležitých otázkách jsem se nemohla na nadřízeného spolehnout. Když jsem potřebovala problém projednat seděl a věnoval se mobilu. Vyhýbal se odpovědnosti a většinu složitějších problémů nechával řešit své podřízené sám. Nefungující firma.

Cenil? Ničeho. Otrokárna. Základní / minimální mzda na papír, zbytek bokem do obálky. Měsíčně 240h v práci za 18.000kc - BRUTTO a ještě k tomu žádný soukromí.
Všechno! Přístup k lidem!!! Platové ohodnocení Co vydělám, to taky na papír Pracovní doba!!!
