Nejvíce si cením příležitosti pracovat na zajímavých projektech, které mě profesně posouvají. Oceňuji také možnost neustále se učit a rozvíjet své dovednosti.
Některé činnosti nejsou správně popsány a nastavení procesů není optimální, ale ke zlepšování je prostor vždy.
