Začátek a konec pracovní doby je na zaměstnanci, zatím a záleží asi na individuální domluvě před nástupem

Záleží na každém, jak se nechá vtáhnout do stresu a tlaku, ale pokud je někdo odolnější, má práci bez presčasů.

neférové jednání k zaměstnancům špatné sdílení informací nemožnost dalšího postupu nemožnost cokoliv změnit, nejvíce se cení loajalita

Minimum změn, vše se dělá po staru. Očekává se pouze loajalita, žádné nápady
