Vážím si serióznosti, férovosti a vstřícnosti. Na všem se domluvíme a když se domluvíme tak to platí! Ve firmě panuje přátelská atmosféra. Skvělý systém vzdělávání.

Nejvíce jsem spokojená s celkovým férovým přístupem zaměstnavatele k zaměstnancům. Co zaměstnavatel řekne a slíbí, to také vždy dodrží. Líbí se mi spravedlnost a lidský přístup. Velmi si vážím toho, že firma dokáže zaměstnance ocenit a pochválit... a všímá si, kdo se snaží, kdo udělal něco navíc atd. Líbí se mi i celková férovost, profesionalita a služby pro zákazníky, které firma poskytuje a nabízí, takže člověk může být právem hrdý na to, v jaké firmě pracuje i před známými a kamarády.

Kdykoliv člověk potřebuje, snaží se nám vyjít vstříc.
Určitě bych zlepšila platové ohodnocení, případně přidala benefity - stravenky, multisport karta, 5 dní dovolené navíc

Má propracovaný systém zapracování a vzdělávání, ale zároveň také sankcí a postihů.
