Možnost pracovat na zajímavých projektech. Flexibilní pracovní doba. Kanceláře pro dva, což zajišťuje klidnější pracovní prostředí. Možnost firemního stravování a posilovny za poplatek. Parkoviště dostupné i pro osobní auta.
Přístup vedení je často nefér, někdy až arogantní. Chybí konstruktivní zpětná vazba a jasná komunikace. Osobní hodnocení probíhá každý měsíc a má vliv na plat, 100 % podle smlouvy člověk nikdy nedostane. Chybí jistota a stabilita, fluktuace lidí je poměrně vysoká. Benefity jsou minimální – jen základních 20 dní dovolené. Sídlo firmy v Kunraticích je hůře dostupné MHD.
